Fig Cream Cheese Dip

I wanted a sweet and tangy dip for some cinnamon sugar pita chips, and I think I may have come up the perfect compliment. This is quick and easy and just a little too addictive. Cinnamon sugar pita chips can be found at Trader Joe's, and Stacy's Pita Chips makes them too.


1 8 oz package cream cheese, room temperature
5 tablespoons fig preserves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
walnuts, chopped and toasted

Beat cream cheese, fig preserves, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with walnuts.
