Birthday Tea at the Four Seasons Biltmore

My girlfriends epitomize yummy mummies. They are kind, generous, dedicated mommies, stylish, and always a lot of fun. This weekend they took me to the Four Seasons Biltmore for a very posh late afternoon tea for my birthday. We finished the night at Marquee, a cool lounge serving the best martinis in Santa Barbara. I must also mention that we have wonderful hubbies to give us girls the night off and feed and put the babies to bed.

First course: delectable small bites served on beautiful china.

It wouldn't be a celebration without some bubbly.

Scones, mini cheesecake, Madelines, chocolate strawberries, shortbread cookies.

Pearl Vodka, Triple Sec, lychee juice & cranberry juice w/ Prosecco float, garnished w/ a lychee nut
We nibbled on artisan cheeses with fruit, nuts, and honey. We loved the cocktails at Marquee because they were made with infused vodkas rather than syrups. They tasted fresh rather than overly sweet.

A very happy birthday indeed. Thank you girls!
